Derek Seaman
If there were visible stands of fabric making up the town of Southampton you would see a strand for Derek and his family. As a third generation builder, Derek not only takes extreme pride in his work he takes pride in the Southampton community.

He and his wife, Amanda, and two sons, Bradley and Cole, live in Southampton. With a home in town and a cottage on the north shore they are tried and true Southamptonians.
​
Constructing attractive, well built homes is Derek's passion. No detail is too small when it comes to doing things right. The opportunity to expand horizons with the building of rental homes bodes well for the quality of builds in the area.
Brydon & Stacey Cruise
As a couple, Brydon and Stacey, work well together. Brydon is the 'no endeavour is too big' contributor while Stacey is happy to act as a sounding board and lend a hand where needed.

Brydon's 30 years immersed in the finance world allowed him to hone his skills as an investor but it is his love of friendships that has him partnered with Derek Seaman.

Brydon was first introduced to Southampton in 1977 when his parents bought a cottage on the north shore. He has continued to love the area and is super happy to be a part of the Southampton community.
Karen Campbell
After many years of loving Southampton as a seasonal cottager, Karen now lives here full time. Her energetic, vivacious personality and need to be busy has garnered her a multitude of talents.

Recently retired from St. Mary's hospital as a PT/OT Assistant she has stepped up and taken on the challenge of being a front line worker at the hospital in Chesley. Not one to have her plate half full she has joined the team at Kindred Properties as the Senior Office Manager in charge of administration and rentals.
